Terms and conditions

The General Conditions of Sale and Purchase of Nutland are applicable to all our sales and purchases.

In case of discrepancy between the main contract terms and the applicable General Conditions, the main contract terms shall prevail, with the exception of clause 13 of the General Conditions, which will in any case apply, notwithstanding any provisions to the contrary.

Any general conditions referred to by our contracting party are herewith explicitly rejected.

Our General Conditions have been registered with the Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel). They will be sent on request free of charge.
